The "f-cell" in Vancouver: German - Canadian fuel cell axis

The "f-cell" fuel cell forum in Stuttgart (September 24/25, 2007) is further expanding its international focus. The organizers are now presenting their industry platform, a combination of trade fair and congress, at "Hydrogen & Fuel Cells 2007" in Vancouver, Canada, thereby strengthening their existing contacts to the country.

Stuttgart/Vancouver (eos) – In view of impending climate change, the hydrogen and fuel cell industry today requires international, intercontinental cooperation, more than ever before. "Finding solutions quickly for the necessary reduction of carbon dioxide is a global challenge. We will only manage it together," says Peter Sauber, Managing Director of Peter Sauber Messen und Kongresse GmbH in Gerlingen near Stuttgart and – together with Wirtschaftsförderung Region Stuttgart GmbH WRS – organizer of the international fuel cell forum "f-cell" (www.f-cell.de), which takes place annually in Stuttgart, capital of Baden-Wuerttemberg. "This year, therefore, our event will continue to develop its international approach."

This is why the "f-cell", a combination of trade fair and congress covering the whole range of fuel cell topics, is now presenting at the Canadian "Hydrogen & Fuel Cells 2007" trade show in Vancouver. From April 29 to May 2, the German conference organizers will cultivate existing contacts and expand them further. "Canada is one of the leading fuel cell countries. Already in 2005, a Canadian delegation came to the 'f-cell' in Stuttgart to explore possibilities for cooperation with German companies," Sauber reports. The "f-cell" organizers want to tie in with this and persuade even more North American companies to make the journey to Stuttgart on September 24 and 25, 2007: "We need international cooperation even in medium-sized industry."
