Sniffex, Inc. Announces Agent Agreement for Middle East

- IRVING, TX, July 30, 2005 - Sniffex, Inc. ("Sniffex") (OTC.PK: SNFX, http://www.sniffex.com), producers of Sniffex, an explosives detection device, announced today the signing of an Agent Contract with AZARCO Trading and Contracting (AZARCO) (http://www.azarco.net) to sell Sniffex throughout the Middle East. AZARCO is a provider of security solutions that include an array of related products and services to government agencies, military, and large corporations. AZARCO also offers consulting services to their clients in the area of security policies and procedures.

Sniffex, Inc. stated that the primary focus of their sales strategy is to identify and sign agents such as AZARCO throughout the world to distribute their products. The Company"s stated goal is to sign 15 agents by the end of 2005 that would sell into approximately 40 countries.
